HB2675 HFA Reynolds, Boggs, Perdue, Miley, and Williams #1 2-17

            Delegates Reynolds and Boggs moves to amend H.B. 2675 on page two, Section 4, line 10, by striking out “$.50", and inserting in lieu thereof “ $.55";

            On page three, Section 4, line 37, by striking out “$.42", and inserting in lieu thereof “$.46";

            On page four, Section 4, line 60, following the word “to” by striking out the words “two and four tenths”and inserting in lieu thereof “two and seventy-sevenths”;

            And, on page six, Section 4, line 100, following the word “code.”, by inserting the following sentence, to read as follows:

            “ Except that the net amount of $6 million of those taxes received by the Tax Commissioner from collection of taxes under this section is to be deposited into Title XIX Waiver for Seniors, and of those taxes received by the Tax Commissioner from collection of taxes under this section, is $4 million to be deposited into for Substance Abuse Continuum of Care.”
